Trained by the company history
Panguaneta management is linked to the entrepreneurial vocation of two families, the Azzi's and the Tenca's, rooted for generations in the unique territory of Sabbioneta, naturally devoted to the poplar chain supply. The peculiarity of the present owners, like that of the past (and the future) ones, is that of having been grown-up with a specific imprinting: Panguaneta and “its” poplar culture. This means a childhood spent listening to the stories of the region, walking in the coastal plantations, seeing fathers and uncles at work, watching new clones growing for the first time, acquiring the “recipes” of the trade, having solid experiences… and consciously acquiring the human and business dimension of Panguaneta in all its different implications.
High craft vocation
Besides considering the company for generations as a family mission and a considerable heritage not to be dispersed, the peculiarity of Panguaneta products leads to the acquisition of a strong respect for the environment. Moreover, it leads also to living with passion the high craftsmanship required by the transformation of an entirely natural raw material. Actually, although Panguaneta production has reached an industrial dimension from some time now, the respect for nature and wood craft tradition is an integral part of the ethical code of the company and its owners.
Innovation and management
Product innovation, opening to international markets and applied research are logic consequences of Panguaneta historical conditions and objectives shared by the company management. Also the future of the company, with its already advanced projects of expansion of production structures, has the same solid basis: an unstoppable family tradition.
