The company top management is occupied by the second generation of the Azzi and Tenca families, assisted by a strong technical and commercial team and qualified employees. The Sabbioneta plant employs nearly two hundred people; but the significant driving role of the company in the local economy makes it possible to occupy a large number of other people in flourishing allied activities. Every year, the Panguaneta supply chain generates a significant turnover for the benefit of the local economy; its sales place among the leading European companies of the sector. Moreover, Panguaneta is the first Italian company in terms of export.
