The poplar supply chain European Association (Pro-Populus) was established in June 2009.

 

association propopulusThe purposes of the association are:

  • promoting poplar as a strategic raw material;
  • promoting, protecting and representing poplar production and processing;
  • presenting a platform for information exchange;
  • investigating any interesting issue related to the poplar sector

The association General Meeting was held in Santiago de Compostela on 26 June at the end of the FEIC and EPF work.
