Quality
The marine plywood quality
This type of plywood is classified into different classes depending on the appearance of the face (SIDE A) and the reverse (SIDE B).

Class II (formerly Class B under UNI 6471) “Natural” face, free from open imperfections with chromatic changes, suitable for coatings with rolled section, pigmented varnishes or lacquer.

The bonding quality
The bonding quality is determined pursuant to UNI EN 314, subject to suitable treatment chosen depending on its resistance to humidity (bonding class).
Panguaneta plywood is manufactured only with the following types of bonding:
- Class 1: urea meeting the requirements provided for by the class for the use of plywood in dry environments (UNI EN 636-1)
- Class 2: melamine glueing meeting the requirements provided for by the class for the use of plywood in humid environments (UNI EN 636-2)
- Class 3: melamine glueing meeting the requirements provided for by class 3 for the use of plywood outdoor (UNI EN 636-3)
