Guardian of the Environment

Panguaneta believes that the commitment undertaken with the management of the Chain of Custody of the FSC and the PEFC, is an ulterior guarantee to its clients and the community that complete respect of the environment and its resources will be upheld. In particular the company promises not to utilize wood belonging to the following categories:

• Wood gathered in forest areas where traditions or civil liberties have been violated;
• Wood gathered in forest areas not certified by the FSC and with elevated values of conservation threats;
• Wood gathered from genetically modified trees (GMO);
• Wood that has been illegally gathered;
• Wood from natural forests converted into plantations or for non-forest use.

Decision Monitoring

The management of Panguaneta translates these principles into standard measurements. On a yearly basis, Panguaneta will define and implement controls, improvement interventions and undertake necessary actions to reach the predefined objectives of its corporate quality policy.
