Receiving the Raw Material
One of the more important control processes implemented by Panguaneta focuses on the management and control of incoming raw material. Through correct and efficient control in receiving these raw materials, the firm may in fact drastically reduce the potential production wastes and nonconformities, thus avoiding any eventual complaint on the part of the client regarding the product’s quality. At the Origin of the Cycle
Verification of quality occurs at every single step of the production cycle, beginning with the environment which gives life to the poplar growing industry, plantations, criteria on which the qualitative analysis is based, and the choices regarding CLONE, the standard adhered to and the phytosanitary state of health of the plantations. Once the data on the conformance of the plantation is completed and the useful vegetative cycle is terminated, a qualitative test is performed on every tree trunk directly on-site, while it is being cut down.
