Massimo Bottura visiting Sabbioneta

Massimo Bottura, chef star at the top in the world, received last March 14 the Golden Fleece Award Toson d’Oro of Vespasiano Gonzaga established by Viadana-Casalmaggiore-Sabbioneta Rotary clubs. In a fully crowded Teatro All'Antica in Sabbioneta, the owner of Osteria Francescana in Modena, rewarded as the restaurant No. 1 in the world, gave an authentic lesson of gastronomic knowledge, combined with a special vocation for sharing with those in need.

"There are two criteria that guided everything I've made: the spreading of the flavor and the fight against food waste. We are ambassadors of the social because we are from Emilia region and our culture is that of responsibility and know you have to give back what you've had in life."
