Commonly referred to as the "Tiny House" the D.A.V. Concept mini-home is designed according to a detailed specification that considers all customer requirements, including:
- Structural design and layout.
- Number of rooms and sleeping arrangements.
- Intended use – Whether as a mobile home, office, professional workspace, storage area, vacation home, or an additional room for hosting family and friends.
- Level of autonomy – It can be connected to the electrical, gas, and water networks or be entirely self-sufficient, with a photovoltaic kit, a wastewater filtration system, a gas cylinder, and a wood stove.
For all kitchen and bathroom furnishings, D.A.V. has chosen Panguaneta's Eucalipto-Twin plywood, a high-performance, multi-layer panel with eucalyptus outer layers and poplar cores.
Eucalipto-Twin is specifically designed for applications requiring exceptional stability and impact resistance, while ensuring a lightweight structure, thanks to the use of high-quality poplar veneers. Additionally, like Panguaneta products, Eucalipto-Twin incorporates the use of eco-friendly adhesives, making it the ideal choice for compact spaces such as mobile homes, campers, and industrial vehicles.
D.A.V. sources Panguaneta products from its long-standing partner, Lababois Group, a trusted supplier for over 20 years. With its 16 branches and 3 processing facilities across the Île-de-France region, Lababois ensures a reliable and widespread distribution of these premium materials.
