Funded by Fondazione Cariverona and presented by CSV Lombardia Sud as lead organisation, the project was promoted by Azienda Speciale Consortile Oglio Po in collaboration with Palm S.p.A. Società Benefit, Cooperativa Sociale Papa Giovanni XXIII and On Impresa Sociale. The initiative created a space for open exchange between Public Administration, Third Sector organisations and companies, with the aim of identifying shared areas of impact and designing concrete actions—building on local resources and fostering an integrated network of expertise.
On stage, our CEO Miriam Tenca shared Panguaneta’s experience, focused on developing a common language and pooling resources between business and the Third Sector to shape new forms of corporate welfare. Taking part in this collaborative process meant embracing a clear responsibility: helping to imagine and build innovative tools to support employees and their families, both within and beyond the company. The outcome went well beyond direct benefits for Panguaneta people—it led to the creation of a pilot model of territorial collaboration that is both replicable and sustainable.
Friday’s meeting was not a finish line, but rather a springboard towards new challenges and new goals, all aimed at generating wellbeing for the community and co-creating the conditions for healthy, long-term territorial development.
The journey we have embarked on invites us to keep building bridges and take concrete action, with the conviction that only by sharing responsibility and care can business truly contribute to the long-term wellbeing of its territory.
